Hello! My name is Dawn Patterson, owner of Barefoot Massage by Dawn. I am a licensed massage therapist specializing in Barefoot Massage (Ashiatsu), deep tissue massage, Thai Massage and assisted stretching in San Antonio, Texas.

My passion for anatomy and therapeutic bodywork led me to Thai Massage and then to Barefoot Massage. I completed FasciAshi training through the Center for Barefoot Massage, traveled to Thailand to attend Thai Massage school and became certified as a Performance Stretch Practitioner.

I combine knowledge, compassion and intuition to create sessions tailored to each client. Whether you need targeted pain relief, improved mobility, deep tissue work or restorative relaxation, my goal is to help you feel and move better.

When I’m not working or continuing my education, I enjoy traveling and spending time with my two grown children and eight grandchildren.
